We DO NOT do paste-up work. If you need a number of CRs pasted to a sheet, you must do it yourself.
A LSASE (Long Sized STAMPED Self Addressed Envelope) is required for quote and/or reply on any matter concerning past, present or future orders. I am unable to answer letters without LSASE as filling orders for as little as $1 does not allow this luxury.
I can make almost any size CR (Camera Ready) from 1/2" size up to and including the 7½×10" (for 8½×11" page). If any in-between size CR is wanted, the price is for the next larger size CR.
PAYMENT WITH ORDER - My low prices do not allow charge accounts or credit cards. Checks (or things I have to cash) under $5.00 add $1.00 extra for service and handling charge. NO Service Charge on checks, etc. $5.00 or over. Checks must be drawn on USA Bank and in USA Dollars. Full gum USA mint postage or cash for small orders are fine with me. No Coins as I do not accept postage due mail. $20.00 service charge if check is returned for any reason.

SEND CLEAR COPY - I am unable to redo for free CRs that were made because sloppy and or illegible copy was sent. Please give clear instructions as to what you want.
REVERSE HEADLINES - We can make the First Line in Reverse type at no extra charge. Total reverses are Not Available.
